これで、gnopernicus-0.11.7 でビルド可能だと思います。

寝ぼけてました。
gnopernicus とは関係なかったです。

何かの理由で、gnome-python を上げた時に、pygtkと
system-config-printer を調整したのですが、なぜ
gnome-python を上げたのか思い出せません・・・。
