[Momonga-devel.ja:02249] top の idol表示

RYUです．

procpsが 2.0.17-1mになってからtopの表示が少し変わりましたが，
topでのidol表示がおかしくなっているように思います．
以下のような症状の方いらっしゃいますでしょうか?

通常以下のように表示されていると思いますが，

負荷が100%(idolが0%)に近くなると瞬間的に以下のようにすごい%になります．

なお，procpsの Patch4: procps-2.0.17-timing.patch を外すと，
この症状は治りますが，他にどのような影響があるか十分に調べて
おりません．
