[Momonga-devel.ja:02224] faces と elisp-x-face を Non-free にしました

facesのREADMEに、
  Permission is given to distribute these sources, as long as the
  copyright messages are not removed, and *no monies are exchanged*. 
という文(強調はzunda)をみつけたので、Momonga Software Guideline
  http://www.momonga-linux.org/LICENSE.html.ja
の0-6と3-1に照らして、このパッケージをNon-free扱いにしました。

これにともなって、Momonga Software Guidelineの4-3により、facesに依存じている、
x-face-emacsとx-face-xemacs(elisp-x-face)もNon-free扱いになりました。

メンテナンスの手間を考えると、今後、これらのパッケージをレポジトリから
消去する可能性もあります。どうしても使いたい、という方はお知らせください。
