で、ちょっとだけ見てみましたが、gimp-print って、本当に
BuildRequires: ghostscript
要るのかな？

%configure --with-foomatic --without-gimp --without-ghost
(つまり build ghostscript driver patch が no)

という configure ですし。

よければ、一度 gimp-print.spec の BuildReqruies: ghostscript を消して、
ビルドしてみてください。%files の調整もいるかもしれませんが。

で、それをつっこんで ghostscript をつくって、今度は gimp-print.spec を元
に戻してビルド、とやったらたぶん完璧だと思いますが、そこまでやらなくても
よいかどうかを知りたいところです。
