さくです。

まだまだ完了しませんが、一つだけ報告。

perlのビルドで、

と言われます。8進で書かれている文字列は '<コマンドライン>' でした。

当方 LANG=ja_JP, LC_MESSAGES=C, (LC_ALL 未定義) な環境で使っていますので、
念のため
$ LANG=C ../tools/OmoiKondara perl
としてみたところ、先に進むようです。

また、pkgs/の状態を最新にした gcc2.96 環境で perl だけ -fstack-protector
を外してオモコンしてみると、問題なく出来ました。

詳しくは見ていませんが、perlのビルド過程でgccの出力メッセージを見ていて、
3.2でやたらと翻訳された部分の増えたメッセージが仇となっているのでしょうか。
